Rubber Autoclave/Vulcaniser
GG Vulcanizers are available in a wide range of sizes and design pressures in vertical or horizontal configurations. The process medium can be steam, a combination of steam and air or inert gas, "Dry Heat" produced by electrical heaters, steam or hot oil autoclave jackets, or circulating hot gases. Our unique control systems permit accurate duplication of process cycles using simultaneous but independent application of air (or inert gas) and/or steam.
We can provide the level of sophistication that your application requires, our complete packages range from PLC controlled systems with user friendly operator touch-screens to simple microprocessor based time-controlled systems.

PRESSURE RATING:
G. G. Vulcanisers are normally designed & build for a working steam pressure of 5kg/sq.cm & are tested hydraulically before dispatch for a pressure of 7.5kg/sq.cm. We also manufacture & supply Vulcanisers with higher working steam pressures as per customer’s requirement.
Rubber Vulcaniser/Auto Clave-1
DIRECT & INDIRECT HEATING:
For direct steam curing single wall Vulcanisers are standard supply, however for indirect curing coil-in-chamber type Vulcanisers can be supplied with cyclonic-fan motor for even temperature i n vessel.
TYPES OF DOOR:
Either swing-bolt type doors with mono-rail type retracting mechanism, sealed against leakage by Asbestos ropes or quick-lock type design.
TEMPERATURE INDICATION & RECORDING:
Instrumentation can be provided for indicating the temperature & also circular chart recorders with mechanical winding arrangement can be provided for recording the temperature.
Rubber Vulcaniser/Auto Clave-2
FORCED AIR CIRCULATION:
For hot air curing, forced air circulation can be attached on rear side of the vessel to ensure even temperature at all points in the Vulcaniser. These fans are with special water cooled seals.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES:
Standard Vulcanisers are supplied with blank flanges for steam, inside batch trolley, bridge-stand, safety valves, gauges, etc.
